Shipping method
We have secure and instant shipping methods. Currently we have 3 types of shipping methods which are flat rate shipping, standard shipping and express mail. You can use anyone according to your budget.
Worldwide delivery
We can order from most countries in the world. Goods from our warehouse are sent by express mail and delivered directly to your door (home or business address).
Can I pay on cash on delivery?
Yes you can pay on cash on delivery. You can also pay through PayPal for secure online payment processing. Using PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and bank transfer (debit card).
Missing items
It is believed that some our products come with a manual, but…
- Sometimes the guide is not very good and you need extra help with the product.
- Sometimes we made a mistake and the evidence was not placed in the box.
- Sometimes the product is new and the factory manual is terrible, we made it!
- Manufacturers sometimes thought they were only selling this B2B product, so no idea.
Here’s how we’ll help you:
- Contact us with your order number and product code. Explain if there is any evidence or aspect of product functionality that you need help with.
- If the directory was deleted by mistake, we will provide you with a download link.
- If the product has no evidence, we may already be working on it and we will send it to you when it is finished.
At present, guides are available in English only for all our products.

Once we receive your payment, all orders will show the various stages of the order status before shipping.
